We purchased the Horse Tails, Duck Trails and Train Whistles package. We were able to go horseback riding on a very safe trail (one kid rode with each parent) and we enjoyed riding the Ducks, too. I liked the package because the hotel then gave us gift certificates for every activity and we could decide when we wanted to participate in each activity. It was also convenient for our budget– we only had to bring enough cash to cover food and any shopping purchases because all our activities were included. The folks behind the desk treated us like family. If you want a quiet place off the beaten path but still close to everything and includes family-friendly extras, Meadowbrook Resort is the place for you. We will definitely return!
